Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Rutherford County Board of Commissioners in the Rutherford County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Rutherford County Office Building, 289 North Main Street, Rutherfordton, NC on June 6, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the proposed Rutherford County Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. The meeting will be live streamed and may be seen by visiting the Rutherford County webpage at www.rutherfordcountync.gov. The proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 is available for inspection in the Office of the Clerk to the Board at the Rutherford County Office Building, 289 North Main Street, Rutherfordton, NC and is available online at https://www.rutherfordcountync.gov/departments/finance/budget_information.php.

Rutherford County Board of Commissioners
Relating to 2022 Meeting Schedule
Whereas, N.C.G.S. 153A-40 provides for a resolution establishing regular meeting dates of the Board of County Commissioners.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Rutherford County Board of Commissioners’ regularly scheduled meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. as shown below and that such regular meetings will be held in the Rutherford County Office Building, 289 North Main Street, Rutherfordton, NC in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room. Special meetings will be scheduled as needed.
